Form the meat into four 6-ounce patties, about 3/4 inches solid; push the middle of each patty with your thumbs to make a 1/2-inch-deep indent. Cover the patties on each side with salt and pepper. Gently sweep the grill grates with veggie oil, then grill the patties, indentation-side up, until noticeable at the base, about Five minutes. Turn and prepare until noticeable and a little bit firm, about 3 minutes for normal doneness. Take away the patties to a dish plate and let break for Five minutes. Grill the rolls, cut-side down, until lightly roasted, about 1 minute.
